Very nice and bright room with downtown view and 10 minutes walk to downtown Calgary in quiet street and a safe and nice community. Room is large approx 4 x 5 m. Unit is completely renovated. You only share kitchen with one person. Ths apartment is close to bus 2,3,17, 300 and 301, Rotary park, river, centre street, shops and resturants in centre street. A respectful tenant is currently living and is clean and quiet. Reference is required for application.

About the roomies

I had good renants from roomies, I rented my unit to two guys from Paris who enjoyed my downtown unit, we are friends now. I love using roomies. Normally people are reliable and trustable.
