Crystal Room-Features a queen bed, dresser, own smart TV, closet, and blackout blinds. We include: a set of towels, blow dryer, and closet hangers, linens, comforters and pillows. A Fan, plus you can control the heat in your own bedroom as well.

This beautiful cozy bright above ground apartment is shared with one other person. We provide everything you need for your stay in our Apartment. Including the dishes you need, coffee machine and tea kettle, toaster, microwave and so forth in the full kitchen. You also will share the in-suite washer and dryer. You will also have your own dedicated parking space. We live in a beautiful family friendly upperclass neighbourhood. Our home is only a few years old. Our back yard is landscaped and you will have an outdoor patio with sitting area to enjoy. You will enjoy mountain views and the Fraser River views.

We are located a short distance to town, and hwy exits, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly.

My husband and I are professionals, who enjoy the beauty of the neighbourhood. We have 2 dogs who love people. We are looking for working professionals who need a fully furnished apartment. We do not allow parties, or smoking in the suite. Must be respectful of everyone in the property. We provide once a week light cleaning.
