Fully separate main level in a house 5 minutes walk from the University campus and recreation centre. Easy access to campus, shops, and multiple options for public transportation.

The space has its own kitchen, two rooms (I occupy one), two bathrooms (so we can each have our own), and another room that is being furnished as a living area. Your bedroom can be fully furnished, washer and dryer in unit, parking available in the back if you have a car. In the kitchen there’s a stove, oven, microwave, and pots and pans are available for your use. Utilities are extra, split with the whole house.

I am a PhD student in Education, moved here from Italy a couple of years ago. I like things clean and organized, and am very quiet and easy going. I love the outdoors, running, and working out. I enjoy cooking and baking, but school doesn’t leave me much time for that, so I’m never in the kitchen very long. I rarely have friends over, but I don’t mind if you do. Overnight guests are also ok.

I’m looking for a like-minded individual (student, recent graduate, or professional) to share the space with :)
