Marlborough Court

Apartment is located near Sheridan College and near the mall and grocery stores 15 minutes by bus. There are 3 bedrooms total, and the kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared spaces. Room includes an ensuite and is unfurnished. It is spacious and includes a bigger closet.

I like keeping the space clean such as taking trash/recycling out and cleaning up after myself. Guests are allowed over but please communicate that (especially if they stay the night). I am quiet, organized and respect people’s privacy. I am usually in my room if not at school or work, so the apartment is quiet. I am looking for a roommate who can respect these requirements and get along with :)
