Hi there, I’m looking for a female who wants to babysit sometimes and I would decrease your rent significantly. An ideal person would be a live-in nanny who works but also wants cheap rent. My little girl has autism so I’m looking for someone who wants to watch her sometimes and I would pay $25 an hour which would reduce your rent dramatically. I have a furnished bedroom available in our lower 2 bedroom walkout suite. Rent includes everything. The room is pretty big, and there’s a small kitchenette with a hot plate and air fryer. We’re planning on renovating and putting a full stove in soon. The way the suite is set up, is one side of the house is the 1 bedroom, and the other side has another small bedroom and rec room. The rec room is used by the other person living downstairs, so you’ll mostly have a big room and shared bathroom plus shared kitchen. There’s a tv in your room and shaw cable, everything you need.

We are a family of 4 living upstairs, and our one daughter is 7 and has autism and can be a bit loud at times with her jumping and cute sounds. Our girls are very sweet and well behaved. So must be okay with children and sounds, as well as dogs (we have 2 poodles).

There’s a person already renting out the other bedroom (friendly male,28 yrs old). He also has a cat so must be okay with cats.
