The Home: • It’s 2-bed 2-storey space with a big bright living room, and scenic relaxing back balcony. • You’ll have your own private bathroom (I have my own on my bedroom’s upper floor). Living room and kitchen are fully furnished, but can accommodate any furniture you want to bring. Bedroom is unfurnished.

The Neighbourhood: • Area is very quiet and chill, with lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centres -anything you need is probably a 15-minute walk away. • East Chinatown is 5 minutes away on foot, Riverdale Park East is <10, Greektown approx. 20. Downtown Yonge on bus-streetcar is 10-15 (less on bike), and Trinity-Bellwoods is 30.

Rent & Utilities: • Looking for $1,600 a month (excl. utilities). • Available June 1st (edit: May 15th, as previous roommate moving out earlier). • It’ll be month-to-month, will just need first-and-last months’ rent and proof of employment.

• I’m 33 M from Ireland (6+ years here with PR), working in advertising. Outside of work, I’m active and social but respectful of the shared space. • I have a dog who will be here every two weeks. Otis is incredibly well-trained and friendly, and loves snuggles in the living room after playing with his dog park friends, or chilling on an outdoor patio.
