Room Details: Size & Furnishings: The room is neat, clean, and bright, featuring a queen-size bed with two nightstands and modern lamps, an upright dresser, and a desk.

Views & Decor: Two windows overlook the private fenced patio and backyard. The room combines traditional and modern styles, offering a comfortable and stylish living space.

Rent Includes: Utilities Shared Rogers WiFi (for personal use only) Access to Netflix (if you don’t have your own account)

Additional Information: Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, no parties, no drugs, no cannabis. Parking: One parking space available. Location: Conveniently close to highways, bus routes, and amenities.

Home Environment: The house has three bedrooms in total. The landlord (female) occupies one room, and the other two are available for rent. We prefer renting to students or single working professionals. This is a girl-only home. For privacy and comfort, male visitors or overnight guests are not allowed, and we ask that you refrain from loud music and heavy perfumes.
