We are looking for a student or a working professional, to rent a private bedroom in the basement suite of a very well-maintained bungalow house near UofC, SAIT, Bow Valley College, Airport, Downtown • The bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, and a closet. Room furniture is complimentary• The bedroom rental is $650 per month. The new tenant and a current tenant - a university graduate student at another bedroom in the suite, in 1,000 sf suite, share one full bathroom, one full kitchen, a washer and dryer. The large living room and the kitchen in the suite can be fully furnished. The egress window in the bedroom is large and has good natural light. The suite has its separate entrance.
