We are looking for students or working professionals, to rent private bedrooms in the basement suite of a very well-maintained bungalow house near UofC, SAIT, Bow Valley College, Airport, Downtown
• A bedroom is furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, and a closet. Complimentary furniture may vary and is not exactly the same as on the bedrooms’ photos.
• The two basement bedrooms are $650 and $670 per month. Two tenants in 1,000 sf suite share one full bathroom, one full kitchen, a washer and dryer. The large living room and the kitchen in the suite can be fully furnished. The egress windows in the bedroom are large and have good natural light. The suite has its separate entrance. • All utilities (electricity, gas, city garbage collection fees, water) and high-speed wifi are included in the rent prices
• Security deposit: the same as the monthly rent of a room
• The rooms will be available starting November or December 2024 for a 12-month lease
• Street parking and parking pad are available
• The tenants have access to a large, roofed deck in the backyard, one roofed corner of the back yard has city light view at night
• No smoking, no vaping, no pets, and no partying
• Convenient location and good neighbourhood: Within a 15-minute drive to UofC, SAIT, Bow Valley College, downtown and Calgary International Airport. Proximity to public transits, groceries, and shopping malls. One direct bus to and from UofC (bus routes 20 – bus stops are within 300 meters from the house and the university, total commune time one way is about 20 minutes) and one bus to and from downtown core (bus routes 2)
• Safeway grocery store, CIBC bank, Dollar store, and Shoppers Drug Mart is within a 10-minute walk; Superstore grocery and Walmart is about a 5-minute drive.
• Nature and Recreation Nearby: Adjacent Egerts Park and close to Nose Hill Park – one of the biggest natural environment parks inside a city in North America, offering both natural sanctuary and stunning downtown views.
