Helping my Mom find a lovely new clean, kind and respectful tenant for her basement suit in Cochrane Heights. You will have your own entrance/locking door that makes the unit private, bathroom and kitchen (no oven but an air fryer would do the trick) and shared laundry. $1100/month including all utilities and internet plus deposit($1000). At the moment it does have a few pieces of furniture and a bed, but can be removed if you don’t want it. Must be full time employed and able to provide a reference letter from your employer. No smoking or drugs of any kind on the premises and you will be responsible for the snow removal on your back entrance/walk way and parking spot. Smaller pets may be considered. It’s just my Mom who is living upstairs. She’s very friendly if you want to have a little chat when in passing but will otherwise respect your privacy.
