Private Room #2: Available for SHORT-TERM rental in our Hespeler Village Family Homeowner/landlord occupied with preferences towards renting to a student or professional working individual only (no families or couples). A Police Record Check is required and that cost to you will be deducted from your 1st month’s rent (Receipt mandatory).

The room is neat, clean and bright with lots of sunlight. It is furnished with a double bed, dresser & a small desk. Has a closet & backyard-facing window.

RENT includes utilities (including Shared Bell Wifi FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY)

Shared Kitchen, Shared Bathroom & Shared Laundry Room.

No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties, No Drugs.

Street Parking is available. *can park on our boulevard overnight during Winter.

Husband and Wife have owned the home for over 30+ years, quiet and respectful of the privacy of individuals. There is one son who visits weekly to help around and maintain the property and home.
