Looking for another girl to share a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Kingsland junction, close to chinook mall.

I’m renting the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Move in ASAP. 6 month lease, renewable.

The apartment is a 12 minute walk from heritage station (4 minute drive), 17 minute walk to Chinook mall (4 minute drive) and a 15 minute drive to downtown. The apartment has central AC/heating as well as in-suite washer/dryer.

Rent is $2,345 so $1,172.5 + electricity (~40 each) and internet (~35 each). Damage deposit is $1000. Underground parking is available for $120 but there is free street parking.

The apartment is furnished expect your room. Preferably no pets.

I don’t smoke or drink, and don’t party in the place. I’m pretty quiet and like a clean space.

I like being active, country dancing, playing volleyball, and I work a 9-5 in the hockey industry. When I’m home I’m usually reading or making puzzles.

I’m looking for someone quiet who respects the place. I’d love to become friends and spend some time together!
