Large master bedroom with a walk-in closet available to sublet from January-April 2025 (winter semester) $680/month (includes utilities)

● bedroom is furnished with a bed/futon, dresser, and a large corner desk.
● Dimensions: room is 17ft x 13.5ft ; closet is 5.5ft x 5ft (I can easily cartwheel in the middle of the room with all the furniture in it lol)
● fully equipped kitchen including a recently installed dishwasher, an extra freezer, and a toaster oven.
● laundry machine and dryer
● 2 shared washrooms in the house (2 toilets, 1 bath/shower).
● parking available
● pets are welcome, but no cats (unfortunately), as one of our roommates is allergic to the dander.
● we have 2 very sweet ball pythons that reside in our living room (in enclosures) 🐍💕 They are adorable, and completely harmless, so no need to worry if you’re not comfortable with snakes.
● lovely, quiet neighbourhood with a mix of families and university students.
● plenty of nature trails nearby (Westminster Woods across the street, Starkey Hill Conservation Area just passed Victoria & Arkell, Preservation Park by Edinburgh and Kortright, etc.)

The house is shared with 3 other roommates (co-ed); 2 in the other upstairs bedrooms, and one in the basement with their own washroom. If interested in subletting, we can exchange more detailed info on our interests/personalities and living habits (ideally over video call) to make sure it will be a good fit

Overall, we are a very friendly, goofy, laid-back, and clean household 🙂
