Laundry is on site and shared with downstairs tenants.

The room is 8’11” x 12’4”. It comes with bookshelves and a wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished.

The property is situated in a lively but quiet residential area just minutes from the York Beltline. A 15-minute walk to Eglinton West Station, it is less than 5 minutes from regular bus service on both Eglinton and Dufferin. It will also be about 8 minutes from two different stations on the Eglinton LRT line (when it opens!).
