Hi! I’m looking for a female to fill a private room in an all female house from october 1st to april 30th. $850 a month, utilities not included but split 5 ways.
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom(s). Located near Kortright and Edinburgh, close to the University (under 10 min drive) and many bus stops. Personal backyard and parking (1 spot)
About the roomies
Currently 4 females, two students and two working individuals, aged 21-24. We are all relatively quiet, but like to do group activities! We are a hardworking and studious group looking for a roommate around the ages of 20-25 who would think this is a good fit! We require the roommate to be LGBTQ+ friendly (allies always welcome:)) as well as cat friendly as there are 3 cats in the home! smoker & 4/20 friendly.
