About us. We are a family of 4, Husband, wife and two teenage children. We are a fairly quiet family whose house gets started around 6 a.m. and settles down by 10 pm. We take our time choosing tenants and don’t rent to just anyone. We check employment, references and previous residence. Proof of income may be required.
