Hi everyone!
My room in a 3-bedroom shared apartment will be available starting November 1, 2024. Located between Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market, this is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to be close to downtown!
Condo Features: Gym Office space Game room with ping-pong table Sauna Guest suites available for visitors at an affordable rate (tested and approved by my parents!)
About the Apartment: Bright and spacious with an open kitchen and living area, perfect for socializing. Room for rent: The “Master Bedroom,” which is large and well-furnished, comes with a TV and a mini closet (great for storing luggage and clothes). You’ll also have your own bathroom. There’s a common door between my room and a roommate’s, making the room a bit darker, but this is minor and typical for Toronto apartments where shutters are rare.
Location and Transport: Subway 15 minutes on foot (King station) Streetcars 503 and 504 are 5 minutes away Other buses available (75, 121, 202, etc.)
Price: $1350 without utilities $1375 with utilities (internet extra)
About the roomies
