Hello!! My boyfriend and I are in our twenties and are looking for three roommates to live with us in our four bedroom, 2 and a half bath, 2275 square foot house in Evanston, NW Calgary. 5 min walk away from COOP grocery store, and lots of restaurants/stores. Backs on to bike paths and overlooks nose hill creek. Street parking only, bus stops close by, no train access nearby. Available for move in on November 1. We are looking to rent out each room for $800 utilities are included in that price. Shared living space, so looking to rent out to young professionals or students. Absolutely no pets, smoking or partying (we drink the occasional drink here and there and like to host friends once and awhile but nothing crazy)

My name is Kianna and my boyfriend is Jay. I am a full time osteopath student and work part time as an RMT, and Jay is in wildfire. He is gone most the spring/summers and is home more often through the winters. We enjoy hiking, rock climbing and family/friend time. We would love roommates with the same interests as us/like minded people.
