I am looking for a roommate in my spacious 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Kitsilano. 1 block away from the kits beach and a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, Safeway amongst other convenient stores on West 4th.

The flat will be fully furnished except you room which comes with a bed frame.

I am preferably looking for someone who is a working professional professional (hybrid or onsite), woman and is quiet.

I have a british shorthair kitten who is super friendly, quiet and adorable. So you would need to be good with cats.

The rent includes water and gas. Electricity, wifi ($60) and monthly cleaning service ($60) would have to be paid additionally.
