Spacious and bright room for rent in apartment that is right across the road from Sheridan. furnished 1 year term, sep-sep. Looking for a quiet, clean, female, non smoker. The apartment is large and shared only with me. Room is furnished with queen bed, desk, bookshelf and clothes storage. The kitchen is shared but with a private fridge, and is very well equipped. Shower is shared. Theres a nice balcony that gets lots of sun, and a comfortable living room. Utilities and internet are included. Theres no ensuite laundry, but theres a coin laundry room downstairs. I have a small friendly dog, a young kitten and several reptiles and fish, if you don’t like animals, this probably isn’t the right place for you. I am happy to consider anyone wishing to bring their own pets, so that can be discussed.

A Parking spot is available at an extra cost.

Its possible to move in half a month early if desired, around Aug 15.

-sheridan right across the road -Bus stops right outside the building with easy access both to Oakville go and uptown core -plaza below has 24hr grocery store, hair salon, doctors office and pharmacy, dentist and several places to eat -walking distance to Oakville place mall -bubletea and board game cafe, and pub -several parks only minutes away on foot -theres a relatively wild ravine trail with a small river behind the building, great for everything from biking to nature photography.

Im disabled and spend most of my time at home. Im quiet and love animals. Open to a roommate with pets of their own.
