We have a private bedroom, furnished in Penetanguishene available on a month to month basis. It has parking for one vehicle, shared kitchen, 2 shared washrooms (shower in one, whirlpool tub in the other one), we have a lovely garden, with green houses, fire pit, patio and a natural gas bbq. The house has central air, laundry, wifi, and a water softener and is located 1 block from Village Square Mall. We are asking $950/month. No smoking in the house, no drinking in excess, and no pets please. We have a 2 year old English Springer Spaniel, and she rules the house. We are 420 friendly. References and $500 deposit required. It will be available September 15th.

My hubby and I are a couple of senior citizens, and we share the house with our youngest daughter and her boyfriend. We also live with our 2 year old English Springer Spaniel.
