Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to move in by the end of October. The house is a cozy two-bedroom located in the Sturgeon Creek/Unicity area. It features a shared bathroom, a sunroom, and a comfortable living room. There’s also the convenience of in-suite laundry.

I do have a friendly cat, so you’d need to be open to living with pets. The house is just a 3-minute walk from restaurants, bus stops, and grocery stores, making everything super convenient. Plus, we have a spacious backyard with a fire pit – perfect for relaxing or hosting small gatherings.

Rent is $800, which includes all utilities. The bedroom is unfurnished, so you can make it your own!
