Offering a room to rent in the quiet suburb of Fallingbrook.

9feet x 12feet 9 inches not including the built in closet. Bright and big, this room can fit a queen size bed easily with room for a desk and dressers.

All utilities included except for internet for $850, $25 if you want to join the current internet package per month.

Room can come furnished or unfurnished.

Room will be painted white unless there is a preference for the current wall colour.

Lease is 1 year, or rented based on semester if you’re an international student.

Move in date can be October 1st or November 1st.

Most important condition: You must love dogs as I have 2 huskies. The house also can’t have any more dogs or cats due to Ottawa by laws.
