My roommate is moving out and I need a new one. It’s dog friendly quiet neighborhood on the north side.

I am looking for a roommate and I travel for work so I am only home about 6 months a year. My old roommate watched my dog for consideration on the bills. I am open to that arrangement for the right candidate. So a dog owner is preferred. The main room has a ensuite so the main bathroom is yours except for showers. There are two small free bedrooms. On will be for shared storage and the other is yours. The rooms are unfurnished.
