Looking to meet someone who enjoys privacy. The house and neighborhood are very quiet. I have lived here 40 years and own my home. I know all my neighbors and they know me, so it is important that the suitable person is discreet. As I became a grandfather and separated recently, the space grew around me. So your room an office space and my room all located upstairs and share bathroom. (see photos) Home completely renovated as in photos. Clean and orderly. No convection cooking in room. May consider induction flat plate for responsible individual. You probably won’t encounter me unless you need anything.
