Kathie Roller-Stell's room

I am an elderly woman with a 3 bedroom bungalow that I would like to share. I currently use one of the smaller bedrooms and we would share the 4 piece main bath. The master bedroom I am renting has a private ensuite and a walk in closet. The bed is queen size. Furniture is negotiable if you have your own. There is a large smart tv in the living room with a Telus cable subscription, Netflix, Prime, Disney and internet. The kitchen is large, easy to work in and fully equipped. The house is in a mature, quiet part of Okotoks with large trees and within walking distance of the rec center, grocery, convenience, liquor and drug stores, restaurants and the bus line. There is parking on the street. I have a young rescue kitty. I have had a tenant for three years in my legal suite in the basement who will give me a glowing landlady report without a gun to his head.

I’m retired and have a cat. I stay busy maintaining my perennials and this house and keeping in touch with friends and family.
