Hi I am looking for a roommate to sublet this 2 bedroom apartment in the Plateau available to from January 1st to August 30th!

This is a two bedroom newly renovated and fully furnished apartment, there are laundry machines in unit.

The apartment is in a very residential neighbourhood with lots of things to do, parks, coffee shops, etc.

Not included in rent is heat, hydro, and wifi, but should not be very expensive in a first floor apartment.

Less than an 30 minute walk to McGill Campus and near metro stations and bus stops to Concordia, McGill, etc.

My name is Olivia, I am 19 and a second year Concordia undergraduate student. I’m very chill and quiet I love to cook, play guitar and watch tv. I’m up for trying new things and I love music.
