London Road area house, fenced yard, bicycle storage, laundry on site. The smallish, charming two bedroom apartment is the top floor of the house.

There could be a price break for occasional dog care, or plant care while I’m traveling. Room is furnished with bed, desk, and arm chair.

Bus stops right in front of the house. (ULeth 17-24 min, College 10 min). Close walk to downtown and groceries.
