This corner condo is a 2 bed/2 bath unit. The single bedroom on rent has a nice view and comes with 1 closet. The rent is $1,500 (Utility + Internet included). About the building: Located in a Convenient Downtown Area with amenities including outdoor Pool, Party Room, Fitness Centre, BBQ area, etc.

1. Rent for the room is $1500 per month. First and last month rent required.
2. Rent is unfurnished. The furniture in the picture is NOT included.
3. The rooms are rented for one person only (not couples). If an additional person is planned to move in, this will need to be approved.
4. Rent includes water, internet and hydro.
5. Rent is paid in advance (monthly payments).
6. Deposit is 1 month of rent paid in advance.
7. If you wish to break the lease, I require a 4-paid week notice. You can leave at any time during that period if you wish.
8. I’ll do my best to be flexible with condition 8 if you are being courteous and respectful of the place. I will also do my best to refund any paid amounts if you leave early, especially if a suitable tenant is arranged to move in.
9. Bond will be returned after deducting final bills and if there’s no damage to the place upon departing.
10. I require a copy of your Canadian IDs (photo card, driver’s license) or your passport.
11. No smoking or drugs (or weed) at the apartment please! 😁🤞 No parties either.
12. No overnight guest allowed
13. No parking space included.
14. Living room, dining and kitchen spaces will all be shared. Everyone is responsible for tidying up their own rooms. But common areas are everyone’s responsibility. Please do your best to keep it clean.
15. I’m happy to arrange a weekly schedule for cleaning.
16. Periodic inspection will be arranged at the request of the owner.

Just a bit about me, I’m an IT professional who works from home 4 days a week. I live in the master bedroom. After work I usually spend my day at home or outdoors. I’m easygoing, organized, and respectful of personal space, but also enjoy occasional socializing. I value a clean and quiet living environment, especially during the weekdays. I enjoy keeping up with tech trends, and in my downtime, I like to relax with movies, reading, or gaming.
