Emilie Skinner's room

This a two bedroom one bath, one level semi detached house. It is a good size, and includes a sunroom, dinning room, and large bedroom closets. I’m looking for someone to occupy the second bedroom for half the rent, utilities, wifi, garbage, and insurance. The photos are pre move in and clean up and the house has since been painted and furnished. There is one park spacing available that I currently use but I’m sure arrangements can be made with the landlord come winter time if need be.

I am considerate, clean, and fun-loving 23year full-time working female. I currently use one of the bedrooms with the second being used as a spare. I’ve lived here for 3months with my 1 year old male cat August. He is shy and skittish at first and becomes quite cuddly once he’s comfortable. I enjoy having a clean and cute space to come home and decompress in as well as hosting friends a few times a month. Im easy to get along with and am looking for a working female to share the space with.
