Julieta's room

Renting our basement suit - it is ground level. 2 bedrooms with a small den. Own kitchen and big living room. The space has big windows so lots of sunlight all around. The entrance is in the backyard and has its own sitting area. Must be comfortable with a dog. We have shared laundry in the garage and is accessible by the split door. The house is ground level where you will live and we live upstairs. We live in a quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbours.

Me and my partner have two babies and 1 dog and two cats. We do not consume anytime of drugs and we don’t like that on our property. I work full time and my partner works from home.
