spaceion. study table and TV stand if needed. Big backyard. family-oriented area. “Tolmie Park” is a 8 min walk. There is a bus stop next to the park “bus 744”. Superstore, Fresh Co, save of food are all 10 minutes drive. The only con is a shared laundry and dryer in the same room.

About the roomies
