Females Only. One bedroom in a shared townhouse. Two girls looking to lease the 3rd bedroom out in a 3 bedroom townhouse. You would be sharing with a student and a young professional. One is a real estate professional, and one is a dental hygiene student (she studies hard). Both in their 20’s. Dental hygiene student is from BC and will likely return in a year. Pretty clean and quiet house. Not much partying due to all the studying but open to having a little fun.
