The house is 3 bedroom, 2000sq ft and has a double attached garage, good sized deck, fire pit, flex, family and bonus rooms with main floor laundry including a steam dryer. Bonus room is a dedicated tv/entertainment area. Finishing’s include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hard wood flooring on the main floor. There are bbq, treadmill, weights bench, tv room etc for you to use. All utilities and cable/internet are included. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Furnished includes a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser and there is ample closet space. Single furnished bedroom only is $895 per month. Non furnished negotiable.
