Hi everyone! Eber and I are looking for a new roommate to take over the master bedroom in our East Van apartment. The room has a walk in closet and a private doble sink full washroom. The apartment is a Pet Friendly 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom unit with in-suit laundry and a bunch of storage capacity. There is also an underground parking spot available for an extra charge. -10 min walk to Nanaimo station -15 min walk to Commercial Broadway station -2 min walk to the 20 bus stop Rent is $1,600 + utilities (these are split evenly between all roommates) and half rent deposit.
