3 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms, free resident parking. You will share a bathroom with one of the housemates. (No couples please). Pet & smoke free apartment.
The room furniture in the pictures are not what comes with the room. There is an option to have a queen sized mattress,3/4 curtain, work table and chair sold and set up for $300. Alternatively can mention which of them you want to buy off and we can decide on a price but preference to someone who needs it furnished.
The apartment has shared facilities like indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, bbq, lobby, party room & visitors parking.
