About the room
3000 sq ft with 2 deluxe bedrooms… I use the gigantic master bedroom and I’ve been renting out the huge 2nd bedroom with private ensuite 4pc bath. Very unique 2.5 Story unit with rooftop deck/hot tub. The fully furnished and equipped room has everthing but a kitchen in it. High vaulted ceilings, a bedroom area, office area, loveseat and TV area, and a full bath… all private.
About the roomies
IMPORTANT: SEEKING SOMEONE WHO WORKS 9-5 TYPE HOURS ON WEEKDAYS MOST OF THE YEAR. I work from home weekdays 10:30AM -6:30PM with an assistant and need privacy & quiet for most of that time!
Also looking for long term… no interest in being used as an AIRBnB.
I am a pretty easy going, 63 yr old guy who plays sports several times per week. I’m from a family of 8 kids and used to having people around. I own this home, and have rented this room on and off for many years.
