Private furnished room in a 2 storey, south facing family home with plenty of sunlight in quiet street with awesome views from the upstairs kitchen/living and deck. The private room is downstairs and accessible from an entrance under the carport through the shared laundry or accessible from an upstairs front entrance. The room adjoins a small powder room with vanity and toilet which is for the exclusive use of the occupant of the private room. The shared bathroom is upstairs with bath and shower. There is also a separate powder room upstairs too. We have an awesome deck with views over to Kits and the Lionsgate bridge, a large backyard and are a short walk to the express 257 bus downtown, plus the Ambleside shops. 15 min drive gets you to the top of Cypress for winter fun!

We are an Aussie couple who have temporary empty nesters and are enjoying our newfound freedom. Both our young adult children have moved out. We have a 4 year old Aussie Shepherd dog called Disco, who loves walks, food and cuddles. We both work from home, but also travel a lot, so will be away for periods of time. We love living so close to the Northshore mountains and sea, where we sail, hike and ski. We have a downstairs separate in-law suite which is occupied by a young married couple who share the laundry with us, and who have lived with us now for over 4 years.
