Welcome to our cozy home! We offer a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room, living room and office. Our laundry room is also at your disposal. The bathroom is shared with another female student. The house is located in the quiet and safe neighbourhood of North Cloverdale in Surrey. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, public transit and restaurants close to our house. Some universities that are within 30 minutes away from our house are: TWU, SFU (Surrey), KPU (Cloverdale).

We are a friendly Christian couple in their 50s from Mexico, who speak both English and Spanish. We decided to open up our kids’ rooms while they’re away at university, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment with plenty of space and amenities for a great living experience! We currently have one of the rooms rented out to a female international student. We have one small dog named Nala.
