Alicia's room

A three-story townhouse with a small backyard. The house is part of a condo association which has a community pool and common gardens for residents of the area. The second floor has a spacious living area with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and in-unit laundry. The room is located on the third floor and there is a full bathroom down the hall, which is partially shared with one roommate. There is a shared home office with a desk set up for working from home or studying. The neighbourhood is just off of Prince of Wales and Fisher, located a short walk from the Rideau Canal, Hog’s Back Falls, and some restaurants and shopping.

Common area photos are staged, but the furniture in room is available for purchase but if you are not interested it will be removed prior to move-in.

We are two young professionals with a small dog. One of us works hybrid with three days in the office and the other works on site, with slightly irregular hours. We enjoy crafting, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. We love to cook together when possible and we try to do a craft day once a month which you’re more than welcome to participate in.
