Hello! My name is Marcus, I’m currently renting out a large basement in a nice cozy home in Windsor park..

It’s a 3 story duplex in a very nice quiet area, there’s lots of bus stops near by, and a grocery store just a walk down the street. I’m wanting to rent out the entire basement suite. It has its own seperate entrance from the back. It comes almost completely furnished, including couches, a bed, a wall mounted TV, spacious mini fridge and a dresser.

If some furniture is not wanted that can be arranged but the basement room is very large in size.

Included in the rent would be high speed wifi, hydro, and all amenities.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one right at the top of the basement stairs and the other on the top floor. The laundry room is connected to the basement. There’s a deck attached to the house, a fire pit in the backyard, and also a shed.

Looking to have somebody move in for August !

If extra things need storage that could be arranged.

Now a bit about myself, I’m 23 years old, I have 2 very loving and friendly cats. I am looking for someone who is willing to peacefully share the living space, who is clean and is also okay with cats.
