I have a beautiful room to rent in the North End of Sarnia. Ten minutes from the lake, ten minutes from the river and ten minutes from the city. It’s in a quiet relaxed area with lots of room for parking. We have local shops near by and public transportation. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, night table and two closets with laundry just down stairs. TV, WIFI and utilities are all included in rent. There is also a large yard complete with a deck and pool in the summer. My roommate will have access to other areas in the home such as the kitchen and cozy sunk in family room with a fireplace in the winter. Ideally, I am looking for a roommate that loves a clean kitchen as much as I do in the morning. Mature professional preferred and students welcome. On the weekends I am often with friends &family or in my home Art Studio. I am a teacher by trade and work from home in the mornings. I am a social person but also need my alone time to recharge. I am open to small parties just would like to know ahead of time. I would like to do things occasionally together like host cook outs for friends & game nights. If you’r open to sharing a tv show & a meal every once in a while, we’re a good fit. , I am looking for a person that loves a clean house as much as I do to come home to a sanctuary!
