Lizzie's room

Renting out an extra room in my house. There currently is already one cat living here and that is all that is permitted. There is a large yard and onsite laundry as well as some storage. Room can be semi-furnished with a simple dresser as well as a single bed and frame, or can be rented out empty. Must be mindful and tidy.

This is the upstairs of a house, there is a tenent living in the basement which is the need for being mindful about noise occasionally. There is a very sweet cat who lives here as well.
