Centralized location close to transit routes along Kingsway, also close to Nanimo and Broadway station. Large room that is fully furnished with laundry access.

Owner occupied residence. The top floor is tenanted by a family with two children from Bangladesh. The ground level floor and room for rent is occupied by myself and my husband who is the landlord.
