As well as free use of the common areas. FOOD, utilities, wifi, laundry, and parking are all included. We offer a calm and quiet house in Barnhartvale that’s currently shared with three other ladies (two of which are students), one cat. Our house is on a small acreage that backs out onto crown land with a network of trails to explore. The inground pool operates in the summer and hot tub is available for year round use. Available for May 1st for $1300 a month. It’s a 20 minute drive to TRU and we recommend the use of snow tires in the winter. There’s also public transit with the closest bus stop being a 20 minute walk from the house. We have been taking in boarders for close to 20 years and enjoy sharing our home with others.
