This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit located on E 11th Avenue, just off Main Street in the heart of Mount Pleasant. It’s steps away from bus stops that connect to both the Canada Line and Expo Line, with plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. 
About the Bedroom & Bathroom:

• The bedroom is unfurnished, private, and located off the living room and office. It’s not huge but can comfortably fit a double bed and a dresser.
• The closet in the bedroom is large and offers plenty of storage space.
• The bedroom has sliding frosted glass doors, which are not see-through, ensuring privacy.
• The bathroom is in the main area, but I do not use it. It would be all yours! It’s a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I work full-time in communications/marketing (Monday-Friday), and while I’m very friendly and social, I totally respect personal space. On weekends, I enjoy watching Netflix, cooking, listening to music, and spending quality time with friends. I don’t have pets, but I love animals and would be open to living with someone who has a cat. I like to keep shared spaces clean, so I’d love to live with someone who is also tidy, kind, and open-minded, especially toward different cultures. If our schedules align, I’d be happy to hang out on weekends—maybe grab coffee, watch movies, or enjoy a game night!
