I just signed a lease for a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and very modern apartment/ townhouse. I am looking for 2 roommates in Montreal to share with. It is in the Viauville area and fully furnished. Beds, appliances, desks, tv, couch, table, chairs, bookshelves, washer/dryer etc. The place also has a balcony and 2 parking spaces. I do not have a car and will not be using a parking space. Apartment is an 8 minute walk from public transportation and there are grocery stores close as well. Pets will not be allowed in the apartment and it is smoke free and LGBTQ+ friendly. Rent is $850 a month per person, utilities not included. Preferred age range would be 18-33. I am looking for people ASAP, either in September or early October :)
