A 4 bedroom house (3 bedrooms up, 1 down, 1 is occupied upstairs), with two bathrooms (1 up, 1 downstairs).

Out of the 3 bedrooms upstairs 2 max will be rented out, w a max of 2 other roommates. The extra room can be used as an office or storage etc.

You would have the master bedroom.

I live in the basement and it is not a shared space. All of the upstairs is a shared space.

Laundry room upstairs. Back yard with garden if you wish to garden. Street parking available, or parking in garage can be negotiated. Location is next to St. Paul’s hospital. Considering the stigma of the neighbourhood, it’s been quiet and problem free. Ideal for someone who works at St.Paul’s. All shared household items are included such as garbage bags, cleaning supplies etc.

Lisa, 26, female, works 1 week on 1 week off as an Emergency Medical Responder.

Hunter, 22, male, full time student at SaskPoly for primary care Paramedic, and works partime.

We have a chore schedule, don’t party and we are quiet.
