Renting a spacious Master’s bedroom starting Nov 1st for $875 monthly (includes utilities) in a beautiful three-level townhouse.

Room is located on the upper level where there is also a large Master bathroom shared with myself. Property also includes a backyard with patio, free parking, laundry, central A/C, and a dishwasher.

You would share the townhouse with two others (including me) and my friendly cat. We all share the kitchen/dining room and partial bathroom on the main level.

Looking for a female or non-binary person that is clean, respectful, anti-racist, 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive, and who recycles/composts properly.

Both of us are young professionals, clean, and easy to get along with. I am very outdoorsy and love hiking, biking, and travelling.
