Seeking clean, quiet tenant for room in a newer 3-bedroom, one-level duplex in sought-after Hidden Valley/Highfield Park area. Shared with owner-occupant and large black labrador retriever dog.

Furnished room includes new queen Bloom bed, small dresser, desk, nightstands, spacious closet. Dedicated full main washroom immediately adjacent for tenant’s sole use, shared only with any visiting family/friends. Dedicated sitting/study room with couch and TV. Shared: living room, dining, kitchen, laundry, small front porch, back deck, and yard. All utilities and internet included. Safety: outdoor security cameras. Requires own bedding.

Driveway parking. By car, shopping, grocery, UPEI: 5 minutes, downtown: 20 minutes. Walkable to T3 Route #11.

Prefer students. Prefer male but all welcome. One person only. No smoking/vaping inside. Scent-free: no colognes, perfumes, second-hand smoke, scented products. No other pets. References required.

Owner-occupant is quiet, mature male working professional, occasionally works from home. Must like to be followed around by the non-barking dog. LGBTQ+ ally (me AND the dog).
