Steve's room

Looking to share a two bedroom in the Beaches Area. About a ten minute walk to the waterfront. My present roommate is leaving . Each bedroom has it’s own washroom . Nice new modern unit in a triplex.

I teach piano, mostly in person at the students location , sometimes online. At home in the morning I do practice in my room for about an hour. I sing and play the trumpet . Sometimes I record music all day . The trumpet can be quite quiet , when I use a mute.
Sometimes I do get home late from playing gigs ,or practicing at the school where I teach. Usually I like to start each day early. I provide about 15 piano lessons each week at different locations in Toronto : So often out of the house .
Swim at U of T, or in the lake several times a week ,and enjoy outdoor workouts in the sun . I cycle or use public transit . I have an e cargo bike , and a mountain bike with a mid drive motor that I installed .. I am cooperative, respectful and enjoy life. I appreciate emotional honesty, and like to be part of a positive and supportive home environment.
